These Terms of Service are a placeholder and will be finalized before launch. They govern your access to and use of the ServeMore QR-ordering platform and related services.
ServeMore is offered on an invite-only basis. Access to the platform is granted at our discretion following an approved access request.
You agree to use ServeMore only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the menus, prices and content you publish.
Subscription fees, billing cycles and payment terms will be described in your plan. Prices shown on our website are indicative until confirmed at onboarding.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Final limitations of liability and warranties will be set out in the finalized agreement.
